I have been to several of Sophie's classes as I have always been welcomed. This is also the reason I have recommended to friends and family. I have been to a few classes that I have found clicky and unwelcoming, but everyone at Sophie's classes talks to one another without judgement. I have made what I hope are lifelong friends. Baby bliss massage course was a great experience, was so welcoming, enjoyable and me and baby had a great time! Sophie who runs the class is really kind and very professional in giving you the best time! Baby Bliss baby massage was the first ever baby group I went to, my son being 4 months old when we started. I had so much anxiety about going to a group and meeting new people, however Sophie made the whole experience so welcoming and relaxing! Sophie had a whole basket full of goodies for baby to play with if he needed a minute to take a breather! My little boy adored his massages and we still do them at home! It massively helped with his constipation and now I’m getting regular #2’s!! Would highly recommended Baby Bliss and Sophie. So professional but so friendly! Thank you Sophie!

I couldn’t recommend baby bliss enough! As a new mum finding baby groups that are very welcoming difficult. Sophie is soo lovely and has a little boy who comes to the sessions which is really nice and takes away any new mum pressure I had. We take each session at our child’s pace and Sophie just works around it. I have been to a autumn workshop and a Halloween special. Each time me and my son who is 10 months have really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to book more with baby bliss.

Sophie at Baby Bliss is the most lovely and welcoming person. My daughter and I attended the Christmas seasonal special and we had lots of fun! There were lots of activities to do including signing which my little girl loves to do. Photo opportunities with lovely props and backgrounds which every mum loves right?😂 And a well thought out gift bag to take home! Honestly, Sophie thinks of everything! A welcoming, safe space for all.

We’ve just finished our baby massage course and we loved it, it was so nice to spend that 1 on 1 time with my little boy. Sophie made you feel so welcome and we loved the different themes each week. We learned all about massage but what made it even better was the extra little touches which we haven’t had before at other classes. I can’t recommend Baby Bliss enough!
